Thank you for this recipe!!! I am Celiac and really really wanted to try Biscoff but it is not worth the pain. I totally identify with your body hating you as I’m allergic to all latex as well as gluten & salicylites. Just one day my body will decide that it no longer wants to tolerate the smaller growing list of foods I can have and enjoy. I’ll be making this recipe quick smart!

I’m so sorry to hear about all your food issues! Yuck! I have a gluten issue and thought that was bad….. this cookie butter looks delicious! I cannot believe its vegan and gluten free! I will def have to give it a try!

Since Trader Joe’s (as of yesterday) is STILL out of my beloved cookie butter, I might have to take matters into my own hands and give this a shot. I could use a little more virtuosity in my life any way
