I love brussel sprouts. Love love LOVE them! Is that weird? For a 20-year-old to love brussel sprouts? I dream about them. I imagine dating them. They are wonderful!

They almost look like perfectly roasted little baby potatoes. I’ve always loved brussels and make them all the time but never with dijon and agave…good call!
