I was charmed by the easy of this recipe but disappointed with the result. The top and bottom layers (chocolate & butterscotch) didn’t combine well so the layers slide away from each other when you bite in. Also, too many flavors. Chocolate, Biscoff and butterscotch are all delicious but it was a lot in a little treat and none of them got the chance to shine. The coconut oil is also pretty expensive to buy if you don’t already have it and looking at other “cup” recipes on the web, I’m not sure it’s necessary. All said, they aren’t a bad cleaning-out-the-cupboard treat but you could probably do better with another recipe.

Thank you so much for posting this!! my nephew has nut allergies and this is the closest thing he will get to taste to peanut butter cups…. =o) my cousin was so happy to find biscoff spread to use as an alternative to peanut butter. he loves it!

Alright, I have to admit, I don’t know what a biscoff is, but the application of a cookie with butterscoth sounds like the ultimate treat. These came out beautifully; I could easily see making them for my nieces and nephews for their bday parties or for any ol get together!

How clever! I’ve never actually had a Biscoff cookie, but I just did a quick google search and I think I’ll have to try them! Especially covered in chocolate and butterscotch… I also need to get on my spring cleaning. Our tiny apartment is positively filled to the brim!

I was surprised how good the butterscotch and Biscoff DID go together. Biscoff makes everything better, though!
