goat cheese is absolutely 100% my savory weakness! So freaking creamy! Love it paired with grilled fruit… and apricots are just another fave of mine. Great recipe Sally! And I love the pictures.

This looks heavenly. I usually pass up apricots in the store for one of their more juicy cousins like nectarines or peaches but stuff it full of goat cheese and pine nuts and I’m in.
