Have you ever just read a few sentences of a person’s blog and thought “dang, we’d be bffs if we lived near each other, worked together or some other ‘meet cute’”? That’s how I felt after stumbling upon this surfing my newest crack habit-Pinterest. I am a non-traditional student-which really means I am way over 40 and returning to school. Leaning towards journalism, writing, communications and marketing. Thanks for the giggles I look forward to your posts.

I just made my first ever tuna and white bean salad. Of course, I had to pore over 7 different recipes that were only minutely different from each other to find the best version. It was basically done when I read your recipe – I was just looking for a little somethin’ to add to give it that…what….special touch? Right. These are tuna and beans. Hello. Mostly because my husband is on week 2 of Lose-25-or-Die-Trying and I’m running out of options. Long rambling cut short – laughed at your “nothing to say” comment and the dainty plate on the boobies phrase. Thanks for that. I’m don’t usually give blogs my 2 cents, but you cracked me up. Keep writing.

I’m a vegetarian and I don’t eat refined sugar, so your recipes don’t always work for me without some serious adjustments that I’m just not creative enough for. BUT your writing cracks me up every time, especially the bits about weird food-related obsessions! I’ve definitely become a dedicated reader.
